Phuket Top Team MMA Training Camp – Thailand ————— “On Site” Accommodation

 
Phuket Top Team facilities include On site accommodation. There are 2 options  
1) On-site budget rooms and   2) Thai Style Bamboo Bungalows.

 
The On site accommodation are Budget Rooms, these rooms provide everything you need to live, train, relax, sleep and enjoy your time at Phuket Top Team.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 
 

The On Site Budget Rooms include the following:

• *Comfy DOUBLE bed
• *T.V. with DVD Player & USB plug in
• *Table & Chair setup
• *Wi-Fi internet connection
• *In room Fridge (for food and drinks)
• *Wardrobe for clothes
• *Ceiling Fan (much cooler than regular side fan)
• *Rooms are 20 metres from MMA and Muay Thai training area
• *Bathroom with Hot/Cold showers and toilet facilities are shared facilities (For every 4 rooms we have 3 shared showers)
• *Laundry Service available
• *Each Room has a designated Lock Box inside the MMA Gym Area
• *On-Site security during the night for added peice of mind

• *On-Site security during the night for added peice of mind

7:30 – 9:30am Muay Thai Technique & Pad Work

9:30am – 11:00am Western Boxing

11:00am – 12:30am Wrestling Class

4:00pm – 6:00pm Muay Thai & Boxing Pad Work / Sparring

6:00pm– 7:15pm Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

5:45pm – 6:45pm Strength & Conditioning
