As the Brazilian Jiu-jitsu program at Phuket Top Team continues to grow, April will see lots of action for the team, students and trainers.
We have two high level black belts visiting and hitting the mats with 2 big seminars to go along with there visits.
The first is Scott Tannenbaum 2nd Degree Bjj black belt under the legend Rigan Machado.
Prof. Tannenbaum specialises in No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu and is known for his leg lock/leg attack game.
So April 9th Prof. Tannenbaum will be holding a 1.5 hour Leg Lock seminar!
Along with having Scott Tannenbaum in the gym we are also lucky enough to have another Brazilian Jiu Jitsu beast drop in for the next 2 weeks….
Prof. Rodrigo Texiera is a 3rd degree black belt under Prof.Pedro Carvalho.
Rodrigo has won many big tournaments & MMA titles (here is just a small selection)

Prof. Rodrigo Texiera will be training with the team over a his 2 week stay and will be holding a seminar with a date yet to be announced.
Finally ending April will be one of the most exciting Brazilian Jiu Jitsu & Submission Grappling tournaments in Asia.
The Kata Beach BJJ Open is set for April 24th and will be an outdoor & beach side tournament.
